EasySet24 is a comprehensive project focusing on the UI design for a travel agency website, with an emphasis on accessibility, user-friendliness, and simplified flows to address ticket and hotel reservations. The design is available for free in the Figma community.
The two main flows the team outlined include the flight ticket reservation process and the hotel search and reservation process. By designing the complete user journey for these tasks, we aim to ensure the consistent application of UI principles throughout the entire experience. This involves creating a seamless and user-friendly interface for users navigating through the website.
In addition to the main flows, the team also considered error pages and a technical difficulty page to handle potential issues that users might encounter, demonstrating a thoughtful approach to user satisfaction.
