The Honda Personal Mobility Device project is a "fake" proposal from Honda looking for a device targeted at people between the ages of 13-25. These people would have suffered a lower-body injury and I could slim down the target audience in whatever way I wanted to. I decided to target college athletes that suffered foot and Achilles injuries that would need a knee scooter while injured.
