Using printer purchase history, this piece targetted real estate agents (SMEs). The data showed which businesses were overdue for an upgrade. We sent them a packing box, encouraging them do what their cleints do - pack. Inside was nothing more than a letter asking them to pack up their old printer and make room for a better performing machine.
