Aligning goals and values boosts relationships

It’s crazy that the most value that I’ve seen out of it was not its intention, Jed Anthony Ariens I think. most value that I’ve seen out of it wasn’t its intention. So the intention was to teach guys values and help them align goals to their values and their strengths.
