The Nutcracker Soldier Coin Series 2022 – 2025
The first issue of a four-coin series, the princely protagonist of the classic ballet is portrayed in his guise of a magical nutcracker, vibrantly colored and engraved with a wood-grain finish on 1oz of fine silver. Each coin of the series is cleverly secured within a custom-shaped capsule for hanging as a holiday ornament, an industry first. Subsequent issues include Clara, the ballet's heroine, and the villainous Mouse King. The series will conclude in 2025 with the Sugar Plum Fairy, renowned the world over for her elegant solo set to Tchaikovsky's innovative movement featuring the chime-like timbre of the celesta, also known as the bell-piano.
