I was thinking about how hard it is to be inauthentic or hypocritical...
You know, these false facades that we build for ourselves and which make us uncomfortable inside, as if we were not being true to ourselves.
It disrupts our self-esteem and the way we see others, even ruining relationships and going against what we stand for or desire.
But how to free yourself from these masks?
It's about being real and honest, even if it requires us to show our vulnerabilities.
Perhaps it’s about regaining our dignity.
