I thought "how can I get college students to be aware of what the government is doing and what the government is focusing on" ? Present the information quickly and with some energy. I started by capturing the graphics during the webcast and then put the graphics in a powerpoint, converted powerpoint to video and pused to youtube. I found the music via youtube so the cuts do not align to beat as well as I would like but it was an unsanctioned project so it never made publication.
