La busqueda de indentidad, la imposibilidad de devolverse a su tierra natal y la constante incertidumbre sobre el futuro son algunos de los problemas que encaran mientras viven en suspenso a la espera de su cuidadanía.
"Tierra Prestada" (Borrowed Land) is a documentary film directed by Roy Álvares. It follows the life and struggles of an indocumented costarican family living in U.S.A. The search of identity, the imposibility of returning to their mother land and the constant uncertainty about the future are just some of the problems they face, while living in suspense waiting for their citizenship.
