World of Tanks. Halloween 2020 UX/UI

Mirny-13 is the PVE CO-OP game mode that took place during Halloween 2020. Building upon the AI technology from the previous Dark Front (Halloween '18) event, Mirny-13 represented a new step for the entire World of Tanks product, featuring a more engaging narrative, unique game assets, and mechanics.
HANGAR
The main hangar was adapted to the unique style of the event with the dark mood of the lost city called Mirny-13.
The event itself proposed to play PVE arenas in platoons of 5 players on special vehicles with custom balance and abilities. Each vehicle had a progression system, which rewarded the player with special event tokens. Additionally, a unique element for the event was the game mode difficulty selection, and it was not only about AI behavior. The 2nd and 3rd difficulties added a more challenging phase to the game.
EVENT SHOP NAVIGATION
The main and unique rewards for this event were 2D customization vehicle skins, event crew members, badges, and decals. Players had the ability to receive them by succeeding in the game mode or purchasing them in the event shop. Additionally, the event shop offered limited unique 3D styles, which were made in collaboration with Masahiro Ito, who is well known for his art direction in the Silent Hill series.
BATTLE
The dark mood of Mirny-13 is comprised of 4 phases, each featuring increasingly difficult and varied enemies. With each new phase, survival becomes harder as the enemies grow stronger, and battles with them will drain more of your strength. Visibility also deteriorates due to the dense fog that thickens over the town with each subsequent phase.
Each battle's main objective for players was to find the enemy (AI), destroy them, collect dark matter, and fill the Collector with it. Filling the Collector transferred the platoon to the next phase, deeper into the mystery of Mirny-13.
HUD MARKERS
To communicate the main objective to the player, special markers were added to the HUD.
ANOMALIES
An additional unique mechanic of the game mode was the anomalies (buffs), which randomly enhance a player's abilities after receiving a large amount of matter.
We also took our chance to continue experiments with the platoon widget, so we completely redesigned it compared to the main game mode in WoT.
New commands were added to the communication wheel.
POST BATTLE RESULTS
Depending on the battle results, either completing all the phases or being destroyed, the player sees a different post-battle screen with an appropriate mood.
