- Understand the problem statement and all other use cases before preparing for user          interviews. You might miss out on a lot of essential questions while taking user                    interviews. I want you to please prepare well in advance.

- Cover use cases that you think will not be important to show in the case study. 

  Someone might ask for it.

- Writing down thoughts will only clear your mind while solving problems.

- Your first design is just a rough thought about the problem you’re solving. Iterate it until

   many you cover every possible solution.
