The process started with getting a general idea of what the logo is meant to represent. The logo has to appeal to a younger generation, be modern and minimalistic, representing the minimal design of the apartment buildings.
So first i created a small color palette to represent the project, i chose earthy colors to represent the nature surrounding the buildings and because the design of the building involves wood and other natural elements it fits the theme.
