For my quilt design i decided to take my 4 different interpretations of my original robot from the task where i gave my robot 3 different purposes. I decided to experiment with different brushes on procreate to see what outcomes i got. i ended up finding a layer filter called ‘hard mix’ that gave a fascinating effect, i really like the effect because it makes the whole piece look much more creepy looking; however i wanted my outcome to look more like old quilts that people used to make with lots of colour. I printed out my design and then stuck it onto a piece of cartridge paper; i then stuck leather around the edge of the square. For my required stitch element, i stitched 4 different colour thread around the different interpretations of my robot. I liked the outcome of how it turned out; however i wish i used the thicker thread for my 3 other stitches, as it stood out a lot more and looked a lot cleaner.

After finishing it, it was put up at an exhibition at college with everyone else's quilt designs.
