Sekisui House Australia 'Continuum' magazine

Part of the Sekisui House Australia (SHA) rebrand (separate case study coming soon) The magazine titled 'Continuum' is the first real result of this rebrand. Originally designed to be a brochure, it needed to be bigger and provide Sekisui House with a vehicle – an opportunity to talk about the ongoing developments within the organisation not just here in Australia, but with their global presence as well.

Essentially the single thought that comes to mind is simply 'Sekisui House (for me) is the Better choice for home building.

The first issue re-introduces philosophies both traditional and new with a whole new look and introduces SHA's new encapsulating idea of 'Better'. 'Better' was designed to signal constant change, that SHA do not rest on their laurels and are always innovating for the better – better customer service, better built homes, better quality and better for the future.

As the magazine progresses it should allow the brand to grow naturally and showcase projects, interviews and developments around the organisation, around the world. It will address/promote articles and journalistic pieces that are relevant to the industry – becoming more broad minded and not just solely focussed on the SHA brand.

In theory the magazine too gets bigger and 'Better'.
