𝐒𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧

The slogan of THE 1925 Hotel is "having the edge". For the brand, it justifies not only a secret reference to the novel The Great Gatsby, which was published in 1925, but also the dialectic of style. It is based on the edge of epicurean luxury of early 20th century residences, combined with modern comfort.

A logo that mixes different styles as a reflection of cultural diversity. The use of old-style antiquing combined with humanistic grotesque and handwritten elements. In addition to the main version of the logo, there are two additional versions with imitation of hand seals and heraldry of the 20s of the last century.

North African and Polynesian culture helps to form the color scheme of natural but bright color combinations using copper and gold. Muted colors add authenticity to the style and reflect conceptual features. Patterns reminiscent of Moorish painting are also based on artistic craft, forming unique patterns that complement the style of the hotel complex.
