Some time ago, a friend reached out to me to help with a school's website. They needed to replace the stock photos on the website with custom illustrations. Using the school's brand identity as a guide, I put together several illustrations for different sections of the website based on the section's context.

Stock photos may be easy to get and place on your website, but they can be generic and the same images could even be used by your competitors. Custom illustrations that are on-brand make your site visually consistent, authentic and appealing to your website visitors.
