IInnova Vision Inc. is the subsidiary company of Taiwan Mask Corporation and proficient in manufacturing disposable eye contact lenses and acquired professional certificates from DFA, Japan, and China. With the parent company's assistance, a leading reticle and photomask manufacturer in the semi-conductor industry, Innova has expanded the automated lens fabrication process into high-tech and semi-conducted levels.
The original layout was messy and not considered natural lighting infiltrate the space.
After discussion, the whole cabinets along the aisle would be demolished.
The procurement route was design and build and we work with our client as the main contractor and designer. The above Gantt Chart was made by Iris and negotiated with clients multiple times to reach the best outcome.
This projects main target is to create the new offices for around 150 employees to use, each space of layout including reception of lobby, president’s room, manager’s room, director’s room, supervisor’s room, accountant’s room, rest room for the employees, educational spaces, meeting rooms with both employees and

The objective of the project is to spend any penny on a cost-efficient method, and the duration for this project is to be finalized within 2.5 months containing a discussion phase.
As a main designer and project manager, the execution under the control of the target budget is one of the most important things. The main difficulties are the lack of skilled workers that are waiting to be solved. I had to recall every networking liaison across cities to confirm every team’s timetable to fill in the gap in schedule during a pandemic. Fortunately, I finally received a strong endorsement from my past workers’ workmanship and achieved the project on time and budget.
