OOne is a vibration sensor aimed to protecting machine health. By collecting vibration data on machines, it presents possible failure situations to the user before a problem occurs. 
I have complete the industrial design process for the first version to be produced by machining. 5005 series Aluminum was selected as the material and it was intended to be machined on CNC machines. After machining, the aluminum was painted with blue powder paint. Cost and production time were taken into consideration when making these choices.

The product was developed at INFINIA Engineering for WiserSense Information Technologies.
Due to time constraints in the project, the research and ideation processes were carried out together.
In order to assemble the product correctly, a graphic showing the X, Y, Z axes was engraved on the top surface.
Key-lock detail has been added for easy assembly of the product consisting of two parts and for the holes to coincide with each other.
To prevent the product from being separated by the end user, the screw gaps were filled with resin. It was aimed to provide sealing with the help of resin as an extra.
It was suggested to be fixed with resin or screw on the machine to be used.
