Location: The old train interchange near Sajam;

S04-Sinteza, as a project task, required the design of a residential unit with appropriate complementary facilities and underground garages. The conceptual setting created two compact tracts, with clearly defined views and orientation to the north. In this way, a semi-atrium space intended for visitors is created. Complementary contents vary among themselves, from the educational zone to recreation, but in the front section, the business zone that extends over two floors is highlighted. Separated from the atrium area, local residents have a common terrace for recreational purposes.

The facade and materialization were a significant part of the solution, because through their implementation the negative impact on thermal, air and sound comfort was significantly reduced. Namely, Vojvode Mišića Boulevard is the main thoroughfare of the location in question with a lot of traffic and is also a source of sound and air pollution. By implementing a facade system of wooden slats, which include folding brisolej windows, the windows can remain open without being completely exposed to negative influences from the outside.
