In a medieval fantasy land where the authoritarian monarchy tries to restrict the knowledge and use of magic, a group of wizards, mages, and witches created monuments that can be used to circumvent the ruling class and continue to share magical information. This level is the path the the Ice Monolith, a monument used to share and learn ice/cold magic and spells.
