About Dito
Dito is a technology company located in Brazil. Their purpuse is to revolution the relationship between brands and customers through personalized communication. Their software is developed to transform data into intelligence, so retailers can execute omnichannel strategies, have a full view of their custormers, and, of course, increase sells.

About the campaign
Dito Agenda is currently the main product for Dito. The SuperApp works with AI to analyze  data and tells which customers are more likely to make a purchase. The main channel to impact the customers is through WhatsApp, and the sales team can write personalized messages. This kind of approach is more personal, so the customers feel closer to the brand.

The whole campaign is focused in showing a sales woman with a tablet: a device in which she could easily access and operate Dito Agenda. Most of the retail sales teams in Brazil work with a simple notebook, and they write all the customers data on it. The bottleneck here is that this data is at risk, and is not being used in the best way. So, in a way, Dito's product is a digital sales notebook, integrated with all the data and with AI to make the intelligence. ​​​​​​​
The gift
The mug is inspired in WhatsApp: the main channel in Dito Agenda suit.
The Dito sales team can write some personalized messages to their leads just like this product is used to increase retail sales. So, it's a reminder of what the product does, and also something to remember Dito by.

The tri fold
This is like a sales pitch printed. So, it shows: the product, the brands that trust Dito (clients), a big number to prove the results, a brief overview of all Dito solutions and a QR code to the website (or a WhatsApp message to the sales team).

The booth
In a retail event, most of the time you have about 5 seconds to call the attention of someone walking by. So the main wall shows just the sales woman, the tablet and the copywrite. This is enough for them to realize what the product is about. So, if they are interested, the other walls have additional information and a QR code to convert them into leads.
