A collection of “greetings from” postcards, signed by authors with a quote from their book set in said area. The popularization of these cards can be attributed to German-born printer, Curt Teich. Following the American dream, Teich set up his printing company after immigrating to the US in 1895. In 1931, the colorful greeting postcard we know today was introduced. The incoming boom of autotechnology allowed families to travel across the country and send souvenirs back to their loved ones.
