This print and design exploration project was done for one of the private label of a New York based brand. The theme for this "Hand Block printed" collection is Taj Mahal. All the print design and the color palette was inspired from the detailed inlay works adorning the walls and ceiling of Taj Mahal and also a few shapes from the taj mahal's arches were incorporated in the garment like the neckline and hemline. The silhouette and designs are made to adhere with the brands requirement and to match their existing line.
