Refonte de l'application mobile Annuaire Santé Ameli. Mon but était de rendre cet outil de santé essentiel plus accessible et convivial pour un large public. Le challenge était de créer une expérience utilisateur fonctionnelle et intuitive, en mettant un accent particulier sur les utilisateurs plus âgés.
Redesign of the Annuaire Santé Ameli mobile app. My goal was to make this essential healthcare tool more accessible and user-friendly for a wide audience. The challenge was to create a functional and intuitive user experience, with a particular focus on older users.
Mon approche a été guidée par la simplicité. Je voulais que chaque aspect de l'interaction avec l'application soit évident et compréhensible afin que le produit puisse être utilisé par le plus grand nombre d'individus, indépendamment de leur âge ou de leur niveau de compétence en technologie.
My approach was guided by simplicity. I wanted every aspect of interacting with the application to be clear and understandable so the product could be used by a wide range of individuals, regardless of their age or level of technological expertise.
Pour atteindre cet objectif, j'ai suivi un processus en plusieurs étapes. Tout d'abord, j'ai listé les cas d'utilisation de l'application. Ensuite, j'ai testé ces scénarios sur l'application existante pour identifier les problèmes. La troisième étape a été de concevoir des wireframes et des prototypes clairs avec des solutions en utilisant sketch. Après validation, j'ai ajouté de la couleur et peaufiné l'interface.
To achieve this goal, I followed a multi-step process. First, I listed the application's use cases. Next, I tested these scenarios on the existing application to identify any issues. The third step involved designing clear wireframes and prototypes with solutions, using tools like Sketch. After validation, I added color and fine-tuned the interface.
