Luxe 2.0 - Facial Cleanser

GIZMO undertook the challenge of launching a new iteration of NION's best-selling facial cleansing device. Through a series of back-and-forth trials and continuous communication with NION, GIZMO successfully completed the project, delivering precisely what the clients had anticipated.

- In order to provide the most intuitive user experience for home beauty products, Gizmo has considered the following aspects:

1. Shape design:

Consider the size of the user's hand and their grip style to ensure that the product's shape is suitable for the female hand, easy to hold and operate.

Consider the curves and texture of the product to make its appearance appealing and in line with the aesthetics of beauty products.

2. Button design:

Simplify the button layout, avoiding excessive buttons, so users can easily find and operate the desired functions.

Use buttons with clear labels or icons to help users quickly identify the functions of each button.

Design the buttons for tactile feedback, ensuring that there is a clear response when pressed to prevent accidental operation.

3. Indicators:

Use intuitive indicators or LED displays to convey the current operational status or settings to the user.

Consider using different indicator colors or flashing patterns to convey different information, such as battery status, heating temperature, etc.

Additionally, Gizmo can conduct user testing to ensure the design's operability and intuitiveness. Through user feedback and observation, continuous improvements can be made to the product's design to ensure that users can use beauty products easily and enjoyably, providing the best user experience.

- Tactile map

In our brush design project, we're researching silicone brushes by testing various parameter combinations. We're applying these different configurations to different skin types to evaluate cleaning effectiveness. The results will be shared with our clients, and we'll have a detailed discussion on a separate Behance page.
