RGA Internship Program Branding

The idea behind this look and feel for the Internship program was to visually show the many parts of the organization and how they all fit together and overlap to create success and that the interns would be one of those elements.

I was asked to create an in-depth brochure to pass out at career fairs and universities to get students interested in applying for the program. What I came back with was very simple, posters and business cards with a call to action. My focus was less info upfront and instead a push to get interested candidates to the online application and have the more specific info available on a landing page.

These little cards with a QR code made the process quick and easy resulting in more than 3 times more applicants than the previous year.
