Julie Baird Posters
After watching a documentary about The Julie Project created by Darcy Padilla, we were tasked with creating 3 posters: 1 illustration-based design, 1 typography-based design, and 1 photography-based design. Each poster must contain our own title, the name and date of the exhibition, a quote, and where to find the exhibition.
First, I sketched out my ideas for each different type of poster.

I liked the first sketch for my illustration-based poster but I decided to move around the name and date for the exhibition and change the position of the silhouette illustration. I also liked the second sketch for my typography-based poster but I decided to remove Julie's name and change the position of the name and date of the exhibition and the info for where to see it. Lastly, I liked the third sketch for my photography-based poster but I decided to change the position of the quote to the center of the page as well as change the position of the name and date of the exhibition and the info for where to see it.
Next, we had to make 3 finalized posters in Adobe Illustrator:
