GrabAds is the B2B engine of Grab, Southeast Asia's leading superapp. As part of the pioneer creative team, I set the copy style for the official GrabAds brand guide. The playful and provocative tone reflects our challenger spirit as the agile alternative to mainstream ad platforms.

GrabAds hosted the Effies judging in Singapore at our One North headquarters. And we wanted to delight guests with meaningful touchpoints. So we came up with a unique theme and lifted the spirits of tired-but-inspired judges (mostly ad veterans) with tongue-in-cheek signages all throughout the venue.

We also served up bespoke cocktails at the GrabAds Bar (and the guests loved it!)
At other times, my main job was to create ads to sell ads to advertisers. After getting over how meta this feels, it got really fun.
I loved how our advertising services benefit both big and small businesses throughout Southeast Asia, and telling the authentic stories of our merchants was particularly meaningful.
Translation:
