With over a 100 detailed charts and illustrations this 296-page book filled a long awaited demand. The text is supported with a number of interesting anecdotes of patient/practitioner experiences.
The book was designed to be a onsite reference tool so the simplicity of the overall design was important to help guide users through the chapters and sections. A clear and consistent font hierarchy was applied to each page insuring that information was easily assessable and quick to fine.
