Visual identity for the 15th edition of the festival WARSZAWA W BUDOWIE, entitled "Zimno już było" (WARSAW UNDER CONSTRUCTION: ”The Cold Days Are Over”)
The festival
The 15th edition of the festival WARSZAWA W BUDOWIE looks at the development of Warsaw’s temperature consciousness. It presents a variety of tools for adapting Warsaw, other cities and their communities to changing conditions and preventing an increase in the scale of the climate and thermal crisis. It covers the topic of life in the heat-stricken city from different perspectives – using scientific research, historical documents and art projects by Polish and foreign artists. The festival was created by the Museum of Modern Art in Warsaw in 2009. It deals with wide range of design issues, such as industrial and graphic design, architecture or urban planning. This year's edition of the festival is the first one organized by the Museum of Warsaw, which has so far cooperated with the Museum of Modern Art in the implementation of previous editions. From this year, WARSAW UNDER CONSTRUCTION will be implemented alternately by both institutions.
