Delve's approach to strategy and product design is rooted in multidisciplinary collaboration and insights. Product development brings considerable risk and complexity. Odds of success improve when strategy, design, and engineering are in sync.

This graphic, designed by my colleague, reinforces Delve's three high-level discipline areas, while at the same time individually highlighting Delve's many focus areas. After each discipline stands alone, I introduce energy and momentum showing all the "pieces" working together seamlessly; culminating with the company logo, signifying "One Delve."
