Japanese Philharmonic Orchestra 5 Event ID

A team of three (WeDraw) was honored to be a part of the celebration of the 50 years of diplomatic relationships between Vietnam and Japan by working on the
JPO5 Brand Event Marketing Project.

The Japan Philharmonic Orchestra (JPO) was established in 1956 and is considered on of the five leading orchestras in Japan. They are also known for its unique community-based approaches, organising creative programs with children and hospital patients. Notably, since 2011, they made 300 charity concerts for the Fukushima tsunami victims.  They exhibit a clear style of conduct and a historical reputation.

In 2023, the JPO brought five musician (02 violininists, 01 violanist, 01 cello and 01 trombonist) to give free concerts and children activities in three cities in Central Vietnam - Da Nang, Hue and Hoi An.

Our team came up with the Event brand identity and logo name: JPO5 - Japan Philharmonic Orchestra Five.

For color of the word mark JPO5 and GHNB, we chose yellow walls and green vegetation of Hoi An, the crimson red sun of Japanese flag, and the deep blue ocean.

The illustrations are the musician arm figures and their respective instruments.

One of our main challenges are: How to illustrate the event both interestingly and classically?
Above are official posters for JPO5 in trilingual. To reflect the principles that guide the musicians and the orchestra, we design the event with principles of friendliness and clarity.
Also, we have a large number of sponsors requested be put on the layout.
The second concert is in Duyệt Thị Đường Royal Theater - Vietnamese oldest theater in Huế citadel.

We need to create a creative & formal design that involve QR code so that our organiser have a list of invited officials and best welcome them. (See below)

Central Vietnamese people doesn't listen to classical music. There is no classical amphitheater built in the city. Our job was to attract music lovers in these cities as well as people who have never been to a classical concert.

Classical and meaningful, how do we promote the event friendly enough on social media to everyone
