I created this image inspired by the movie "A Beautiful Mind (2001)". After watching John Nash, a brilliant but asocial mathematician, accepting secret work in cryptography, I began playing with numbers. This image was very popular around the web from 2008 to 2021 & received many recognitions and uses as wallpapers around the web. I'm glad that this simple image that I imagined had such a big impact around the web.
The binary numeral system, or base-2 number system, is a numeral system that represents numeric values using two symbols, usually 0 and 1. More specifically, the usual base-2 system is a positional notation with a radix of 2. Owing to its straightforward implementation in digital electronic circuitry using logic gates, the binary system is used internally by all modern computers.
