Vietnam is still significantly impacted by Confucian principles, such as patriarchy, which gives men supremacy in social and family contexts. Not only misogyny stops girls and women from basic human rights and respect but also the sexual discrimination is also a threat to their well-being. The issue of misogyny must be stopped.

It Starts With You is a campaign to prevent misogyny by focusing on educating children from a young age. The campaign targets a group of parents aged from 25 to 35 and aims to remind them how a small action for children can later turn into misogyny
in the future.
