Note that while the recording is about 5 hours, it took longer than that since I stopped recording when I did runs of large test renders.
Here's a rough summary of the steps:
• 3D staging (basic greyscale)
• 3D render with masks (for segmentation)
• ControlNet Depth + Seg
• Generation of variants + blending
• img2img experimentation with my abstract modernist painting for colour and design
• MultiDiffusion upscale

• Blending/painting preferred regions
• Cloning out errors
• Selecting regions and upscaling with 0.4-0.6 denoise
• Blending/painting variants
