From 2021 to 2031 the UN declares a very strict lock down for the climate to restore itself.  Nobody is allowed to leave their homes and only necessary forms of technology is allowed. Furthermore, all sorts of communications such as phones, letters, morse code and so on are banned to avoid riots.   

the Installation shows a corner of a girl's room somewhere in the world. It gives us an insight in the way she has tried to remain calm and her longings for the nature   

 

People in isolation have two choices. Either to lie in bed depressed or create the best life they can with the resources they have. Our character chooses the second option, using the very limited technology and objects that are in her room to communicate her emotions and thoughts through illumination art. That way she tries to get out of the isolation in her mind, by bringing her mind in to her physical space. She is doing all this to maintain her sanity in isolation.
