I was previously working with the top MMA matchmaker and promoter in Michigan as his designer for an existing MMA promotion, doing all the branding collaterals and marketing materials. He eventually decided to leave his current promotion to form his own, and he created Lights Out Championship. This new promotion aimed to have a focus on action packed fights and excellent matchmaking to bring up and coming amateur and pro fighters into the limelight, and eventually make waves in the UFC and other leading promotions. 

I was responsible for creating the logo, branding, and the print and digital marketing materials for the events. Lights out Championship has been a huge impact on the amateur and pro MMA circuit in Michigan and has produced notable names such as:

Jamahal Hill - Former UFC Light Heavyweight Champion
Cody Stamann - Top 15 UFC Bantamweight competitor
Mando Gutierrez - The Ultimate Fighter 31 Team McGregor fighter on ESPN
Austin Bashi - Top level MMA fighter out of Michigan
Abe Saghir - Top level MMA fighter out of Michigan
Cody Brundage - UFC Middleweight
