CAO cigars planned to release a new music themed cigar. They came to us looking for identity and advertising.
 

My team branded the cigar “CAO Concert”. We created a print ad campaign that featured headlines and visuals that reinforced the authenticity of the cigar by placing it in a club atmosphere. We consciously decided to show the product in a more editorial style to separate the brand from the industry norm which almost exclusively focused on large beauty shots. The print was just the start as we continued developing this program through packaging, POS and interactive. A real highlight was an actual working amplifier cigar box that was given away as a sweeps prize.
