O "Festival Céu Maior" é o primeiro grande evento de Bauru/SP com o objetivo de incentivar e contribuir para a carreira de artistas e músicos independentes da cidade. O conceito que dá vida a esse evento é baseado em referências à cidade, desde antigos apelidos até costumes cotidianos de seus habitantes.
O principal desafio durante o desenvolvimento deste projeto foi reunir inúmeros estilos em uma única identidade. Abranger de forma coesa diferentes gêneros de música e múltiplas referências estéticas de cada artista foi o primeiro passo a ser tomado para a construção da marca, que buscava, em primeiro lugar, gerar identificação com os músicos e seus ouvintes, e refletir a juventude e as experiências do universo dos festivais.

About
The "Céu Maior Festival" (Major Sky Festival)is the first major event in Bauru/SP with the aim of encouraging and contributing to the careers of independent artists and musicians from the city. The concept that breathes life into this event is based on references to the city, ranging from old nicknames to everyday customs of its inhabitants. The main challenge during the development of this project was to bring together numerous styles into a single identity.
Encompassing different music genres and multiple aesthetic references from each artist in a cohesive manner was the first step taken in building the brand, which aimed, above all, to foster identification with the musicians and their listeners, and to reflect the youth and experiences of the festival universe.

Naming
Levando em consideração os principais objetivos do evento, a escolha do nome originou-se a partir da combinação de referências relacionadas a Bauru/SP e do vocabulário musical. A "cidade sem limites", como Bauru/SP é amplamente conhecida, foi o conceito guia para traduzir toda a atitude do festival: abrir caminhos sem barreiras para seus músicos e artistas.
O costume dos habitantes de fotografar o céu às seis da tarde todos os dias e compartilhar nas redes sociais foi a referência que faltava para evocar a expressão "o céu é o limite". O retorno ao vocabulário musical trouxe uma conclusão para esse processo, fazendo alusão aos acordes maiores, que tendem a compor músicas mais alegres (como o sol maior, por exemplo) e trazendo o conceito final: "Festival Céu Maior".
Todos os conceitos e associações que guiaram essa escolha também foram incorporados à tagline do evento, com foco em manifestar o objetivo do festival de diferentes formas: Aqui, o céu não é o limite, é o começo.

Naming
Taking into consideration the main goals of the event, the choice of the name originated from the combination of Bauru/SP references and musical vocabulary. The "limitless city", as Bauru/SP is well known, was the guiding concept to translate the entire attitude of the festival: to open paths without barriers for its musicians and artists.
The habit of its inhabitants to photograph the sky during golden hour every day and share it on social media was the missing reference to recall the expression "the sky's the limit". The return to musical vocabulary brought a conclusion to this process, alluding to major chords, which tend to compose happier music (like G major, for example), and bringing the final concept: "Festival Céu Maior" (Major Sky Festival).
All the concepts and associations that guided this choice were also brought into the event's tagline, with a focus on expressing the festival's goal in different ways. Here, the sky isn't the limit, it's the beginning.
