Kramp Retail Shop Concept Redesign
In July 2023 i had opportunity to visit UK and one of the Kramp customers Blakewell. Customer was the first shop opened in new shop concept. I was taking part in this projects as a designer and user/customer experience specialist, supporting external company in shooting day with knowledge and taking care about tone of voice and quality of message. During this project i have used tools like persona, customer journey map to give better shopping experiences for our customers looking from holistic point of view.
