The Aim: To demonstrate the Samburu population's response to the KDF-built dispensary in Laresoro town.
This Is the story of Laresoro community.
The Problem
The people of Laresoro, Samburu County used to travel 15 Km to Archers Post, the nearest health care facility.
The Intervention
Due to the close proximity of the KDF military barracks, the KDF, as part of their CIMIC (Civil-Military Co-operation) constructed a health care dispensary for the town of Laresoro.

The Impact
The health dispensary has become an integral part of the Laresoro town. The Samburu community are eternally grateful of the KDF and have embraced the dispensary wholeheartedly. It has become a focal point of the community.
