Packaging design
The concept: I had to design packaging for an odd object, the car sponge is the object I choose. The design approach that I have taken is centred around the principles of simplicity and minimalism. I have used a clean, two-tone design and made the font the primary graphical element. I believe that this design philosophy not only allows for clear communication but also creates a professional look to the package. I opted to mirror the shape of the sponge itself. This design choice not only made the packaging aesthetically pleasing but also ensured that the sponge remained compact and securely held in place within its packaging. Additionally, I added a tear-to-open feature that was functional and provided a satisfying experience for customers as they unpacked their new sponges. I incorporated a repeated bubble graphic as it communicates the purpose of the product.
