CLIENT

“replicant” is B2B platform on a mission to automate contact centers. Using custom built conversational ai, it solves tier-one customer issues by engaging in natural conversations across different voice and messaging platforms. “replicant” helps contact centers manage unpredictable call volumes, eliminate waiting time and increase customer satisfaction, while empowering agents to focus on more complex issues.

TASK

The client came to us with an existing branding, but it was generic, inconsistent, and failed to reflect the innovativeness of the product. Yet, being a relatively small and young company, whose primary audience are enterprises, a strong brand was especially important to win them over.

SOLUTION

The new brand identity is based on 2 key insights. First, we discovered that “replicant’s” brand essence lies in conversational design, which combines science and art, humanity and technology, logic and emotion. Hence, the new visual language is all about the polars—warm and cold colors, sharp and rounded shapes, realistic and abstract photography styles. Second, in contrast to competitors that provide just a single aspect of contact center automation, “replicant” provides an entire ecosystem that works and learns on its own. Thus, you see fluidity, movement and shapes that combine into bigger structures. Together, these elements merge into an authentic identity that stands out in the category and portrays the brand in as innovative and trustworthy.
