Management platform
Performance Management platform was an already functional product, but required major digital redesign of both UX and UI. The platform allows employees working in a high-paced environment to minimize the stress of dealing with huge tasks by applying Microgoals℠ – achievable hourly and daily activities. Managers, in turn, are supported in coaching their team members as the tool supplies them with data on employee performance and helps in shaping individualized coaching programs.
The final result combines functionality with aesthetics. The slick, modern design is an agent for a tool with considerable data processing capabilities. In order to smooth the user journey, the components are accompanied by delightful micro-interactions.

Platform for managing
elderly care via smart device
The Elderly Care platform was a product introduced as a digital side to a smart device assisting in daily care for elder loved ones. The device equipped with a large array of sensors would monitor various factors/ statuses, including vital signs and whereabouts within the house, informing the caregiver and warning in case of an emergency.
The platform was an agent between caregivers and the device. Its functionalities expanded upon those of the device, introducing information on medication, caretaker's schedule, and visitors and offering a wide variety of analytical tools. It would also allow the caretaker's doctors to have insight into his data and communicate with the caregiver.

Big-data analysis platform
The platform was a part of larger product offered by the client, delivering big-data analysis solutions for their users. Once logged in through a proper authentications, users could upload vast-quantity data, and process it afterwards based on the chosen attributes. The client is dedicated to intuitiveness of their products, and their standards were followed.
The final design is modern and utilitarian. The dashboard aims at simplicity and efficiency, as users with different backgrounds were expected to operate the tool. Creating new workflows is linear and utilises easily recognisable digital patterns.
