2 workshops, one for business goals, the other for users goals. Then several UX/UI screens were created and tested (12 users). Once the research was done, we implement the changes and created the rest of the screens.

After design phase, we've prepared a UI kit for developers. When the service was developed, we have conducted an audit to be sure, that the implementation meets 100% the design we have created.
