Designing Marketing Campaigns for Mend​​​​​​​

Mend is a software development company, that offers application security tools. In 2021, the company formerly known as White Source underwent a name change and is now called Mend. Consequently, a new branding approach was necessary for the company. The new visual language of "Mend" comprises of a fresh color scheme and features round shapes and lines. As a designer within the marketing team, I have applied this visual language to the design of our marketing campaigns.
Here's a few of them:

1. Vulnerability Research

About
In the spirit of knowledge sharing for CyberMonth, Mend lead researcher Daniel Elkabes shares knowledge and solutions and provide insights that help customers keep their code secure from vulnerabilities.

Goals
- Share practical knowledge with developers
- Introduce Mend's tools and products
- Drive traffic to the company's website

Organic promotional post on Fb and LinkedIn following to Mend website blog page

My Role
Graphic designer

Design Thinking
Using the brand's visual language to increase brand awareness, and create an eye-catching image that evokes curiosity. Incorporate strong colors and appealing code elements to engage the target audience.


2. Mend White Paper "Building a Preventive Strategy for Open Source Software Security"

About
The campaign revolves around Mend white paper "Building a Preventive Strategy for Open Source Software Security". This white paper discusses how to implement preventive application security measures without slowing down development or diverting resources from urgent priorities.

Goals
- Present educational content related to the brand's industry
- Grow brand's audience
- Drive traffic to the company's website

A neat design that accompanies the research content, placing the research content at the center of the design enhances the visual appeal and also elevates the credibility of the findings.

Mend is at the forefront of global industry events, Invites you to come and meet the Mend team.

- To increase exposure and grow the brand's audience
- To generate leads and sales
- Provide holistic customer care

Organic promotional post on Mend social media following to the event landing page

I chose to incorporate the event location in the design theme, as people travel from all over the world to attend professional events.
