Kidney Stones - 2023 - illustration
Kidney stones (also called renal calculi, nephrolithiasis or urolithiasis) are hard deposits made of minerals and salts that form inside the kidneys. This illustration depicts a cross section of a removed kidney, showing the position of large kidney stones. I created both 2D and 3D versions. Hope you like it!
