Humane League Brochure

A brochure for the Humane League of Lancaster County, which is a non-profit organization that helps animals in need of homes and other services. The brochure offers information on events, animal personalities, the wellness clinic and no-kill policies of the Humane League. I made the brochure based off their previous logo, which had the vibrant orange and blue color scheme, but I added a green color to kind of create a pop art effect. The fold is also unique to this because it is a combination of a checkbook fold and snake fold, utilizing all the space offered on an 11x17 page and creating this nice square shape. Inside there are leash headers that flow into all the other areas of the brochure, leading the viewer throughout the piece. Additionally, the cover is a die cut and there is a varnish on the inside, that really adds to the overall design and quality of the project. This brochure could even be mailed if the company wishes to go that route with it.
The brochure standing on its own; this can be a great project to prop up on a desk for passing customers to see as soon as they walk in the facility.
A quick look at the digital layout I worked with before assembling.
A step by step of how the brochure would be opened and closed.
Details of the different parts of the brochure, including the varnish.
