New York Life's GuideMe
2019: Crafted a custom Salesforce-powered Application to guide NYL’s agents through their client meetings. 2023: Based on agent feedback, designed enhancements to provide customized experiences for agent’s individual clients. At the same time, designed a Portal for NYL clients to manage their “Life”.

Client's Portal
I was tasked to conceptualize what the Client's Portal would be. I was asked to come up with a new fresh design that was not part of the Agent's GuideMe style.

GuideMe's Agenda Tray Evolution
Agent's needed a way to "stay on the rails" of a given agenda with a client. The current GuideMe application allows the agent to jump around and get lost. The solution I came up with was the Agenda Tray which stitches the correct screens together to create the desired agenda.
