Created through the Bloomberg Innovation Training Program, the Mobile Engagement Unit (MEU) is an agile tool that allows City employees to build in-place connections with residents through creative engagement activities. The MEU is currently managed through the City Manager's Office and plays a critical role in the City's youth engagement, place-based strategies, and violence interruption efforts.

Through the course of the City of Cincinnati's Innovation Training Project, one highly prioritized insight was the lack of intention visibility our government has in neighborhoods.
