About the Brand

The Caltex Bayanihan Incentive Program is an annual program dedicated to rewarding Caltex retail stations for their outstanding performance in customer service, facilities management, and volume growth. The program is anchored on the Filipino culture of “bayanihan” or working together, signifying its importance to the brand’s quality of customer service. 
Going the extra mile

Caltex always goes the extra mile when it comes to the quality of its products and customer service, and this is what we aimed to translate in elevating the Caltex Incentive Program 2023.

Taking inspiration from Caltex’s iconic star that sparked the start of its journey, we created a verbal and visual identity that enlivens the bayanihan spirit of the program, encouraging retailers and CSRs to go beyond in becoming the brightest stars in customer service and product quality. 
Soaring to new heights

With the new name Bayanihan Caltex Rising Stars 2023 and a modern, upbeat design to match, we helped Caltex shine and soar onto new heights in leading remarkable journeys on the road. Revving up the bayanihan spirit, we strived to create materials for the program that will give their retailers and CSRs a fun, competitive, and rewarding experience.
